From time to time I like to send contacts I have accumulated from my address
book to other friends within my group. I open a new message, click to the
right of the attachment button and select "Item" and then chose "Contacts".
From here I choose the contact I wish to attach and then send my message. My
recipients are unable to recieve my attachment. They use either Outlook
Express or have a Yahoo account and view mail as webmail. In the latter case
there is usually a textfile attached that gives a MAPI error message but not
my attachment.
Can anybody shed any light on this problem. Does my recipient also need to
use the full Outlook application or is this a general and known problem when
attaching a Contact Item.
