I have noticed and would like to know if there is a way to change it. When
inserting info from the Contact list in Outlook 2003 it places the email
address after the name and United States of America at the end.
Is there any way to prevent this from happening. I'm new to MS office
and my place of working will be migrating to it over the next 3 yrs. I'm
trying to learn as much as I can on my own.
