Hi

Are these possible in Word

1> Can I create a template with role based sections inside it? For example, a text box is to be filled up by "A" user only and no other user is authorized to populate data in it

2> Can various sections defined in the template be auto populated such as data being taken from a database

1> Yes, but only in Word 2003.

2>Yes. There are several ways to do this, depending on your needs. Look
up Word's help, searching for "database" or "data source". And come back
here with specific questions if you need more help. If you do that,
please let us know what version of Word you are using.
