Content in new blank word document.

I get some text content in every new word document I launch.
I noticed when I scroll over the document it is the text labeled : “titleâ€
It looks like this

Type:
Author
Title…xxxxxxxxxxxx

Under title is where the unwanted text is
Every new document I launch will have this text under the title and if I
save with out naming it would default the save to the text. I migrated all my
document to a new computer and I am betting somehow in the migration my
default title is this unwanted text., but I can not find how to erase this
from the title.
