Contextual menus

I'm using Outlook 2002 SP3

How do I code a contextual menu. I'd like to right click a message in a
public folder, select "Irritate Supervisor" and have a "NET SEND" throw
a dialog up on the supervisor's PC.

Any ideas?

Only that NET SEND will not work for the default XP SP2 system as the
messenger service does not run.

Granted, but we are not using SP2 where I work, and NET SEND works.

Coding for the context menus can be done but it's hit or miss and some
things just don't work or work correctly (such as determining the focus).
