conversion from access 97 to access 2000

Hi,

I am converting my project which is in access 97 to access
2000. I am faced with the following problem when I open
the database

"error occured while communicating with the OLE Server"

Please help in recitifying this.

Hello,

This type of error usully occurs if you have Norton AntiVirus
2000/2001/2002
installed on the computer. Also if you ran Norton's LiveUpdate and have
installed the Script Blocking update for Norton AntiVirus 2001 and Norton
AntiVirus
2002. To resolve the issue, you can Turn Off Norton AntiVirus Script
Blocking or
the Norton AntiVirus Office Plug-in for Microsoft Office. For more
