conversion

My trial period has ended and i do have a fully purchased product key however
whenever i press "convert" on the screen, nothing happenes. I've tried all of
the different ways to activate it but i cant get a screen asking to enter my
product key
can anyone help?

I assume you didn't buy Office from somewhere that you'd get a CD, did you?

no...but still ive had the window up before telling me to enter my product
key when i didnt have it
ive now got it - no cd - but still the window doesnt come up when i press
"convert"
