Convert from incredimail

Hi,
after getting totally fed up with using incredimail I
want to use Outlook but the question is - How do I import
the mass of e mails I have in my incredimail inbox to
that of Outlook?
I know the obvious answer is to send them back to myself
but is there a quicker way?
