Convert MS Word pages to Powerpoint presentation slides

I need to either copy and paste or export MS Word pages to MS Powerpoint
pages so the formatting and fitting to size is automatic. When I File Send to
Powerpoint it does not retain the segregation of pages.

This is a bit tricky. Send to PowerPoint will follow the outline of the
Word document, so you need to use the Header 1 style. Everything in
Header 1 will start a new slide and go into the title area of the slide.
If it is followed by a Header 2, it will go into the text area of the
slide.
