Convert Table to XML?

I have a document with a fairly simple table inside. I want to convert
the contents to an XML document with a macro. I doesn't have to be 100%
automated, but anything what would prevent me from hand-molding a new
XML doc every time the table changes would be a big help. I am using
Word 2003.
