Converting address lists to a single sheet of mailing labels

I'm trying to take my address list of clients and either type them or
transfer them 30 at a time using Avery labels 5160. Does Publisher have a
template where I can type all the addresses onto one single sheet of labels?
I'm using 2003. I'm not comfortable with mail merge and in fact I'm not even
sure that's how I want to accomplish this task.
