Converting data from a changing list to a static list

I acquire updated information for my spreadsheet from the web. but the
order in which the info is posted on the web constantly changes. Is
there a formula I can use in my base sheet that will search for the
correct title in the changing sheet and then list the data
corresponding to that item?
