converting publisher documents

Hi all,
Our village newsletter is compiled in publisher (office xp pro) and we want
to put it onto a website along with past issues. can every body read
publisher Docs online even if they dont have publisher on their machines or
do we have to convert them to PDF files? What is the best way to get them
online so that anyone can read/open them

That is exactly what we did for our lodge. We create a newsletter with
publisher, convert it to a pdf file and make it accessible with a link.

I choose PDF-XChange as the pdf creation program. It is a commercial
product which comes in three levels, Basic, Pro and Pro with Tools and
costing from $20 to $70. It has two great features that most of the
others don't have, creates the smallest pdf file on the market and makes
links in the document active (click on them and off you go to the
destination). http://www.docu-track.com Others here will suggest PrimoPDF
and it serves the needs of many.
