COPY ADDRESS FROM OUTLOOK FOLDER

Hi guys:
anyone can help me? I need to copy (quite-)automatically the email
direccions of the "from" field of one of my outlook folder. I tryed to
export to access but it only exports the full name and not the
direccion
e.g: james joyce "(e-mail address removed)" ----> it only export James Joyce
