copy from "My Documents" on USB drive

Hi,

My laptop died (dead internal power supply). I have the hard drive for my old laptop
as a USB drive for my new laptop. Other than going through the steps to make my signon
the owner for each file 1 at a time is there any way to batch copy all the D:\Documents
and Settings\Viepia\My Documents\ *.DOC files from my USB drive? (I am also user Viepia
on my new laptop).

I would expect that you could simply copy the files using Windows
Explorer (Windows Key + E) unless there is some sort of security set up on
the files or drive.
