Copy resources from 1 file to another

How do I copy the same resources from 1 project file to another project file?
Any suggestions?

Hi Martin,

If you select the Resource ID (row number) in the Resource Usage view
you may copy and paste the information from file to file. However,
Project will not consider the copied resource to be the same resource as
the original and you may end up with overallocations from overlapping
assignments in both project files.

I don't know if you have looked into the idea of a resource pool file,
but that may be worth pursuing. Project Help has some great information
as does Mike Glen's excellent series of articles on MS Project. Mike's
