Copy Row into Column

I need to copy the links that are in a row placement to a
vertical column placement. There is currently 174
columns and for a subsequent use of the data I need to
present it in a column. Is there a way to copy the row
into the column? Is there a formula that would be "equal
copy" rather than "equal contents"?
