COPY WATERMARK...?

Is it possible to automatically attach a watermark to
text that is copied to the clipboard?

IE if a whole section of text is selected and copied to a
new document the watermark is also embeded in the new
document

Depends how you do the watermark. If it's done as WordArt (or any kind of
graphic) then it will be copied if your selection includes the paragraph to
which the graphic is anchored.

Assuming the watermark is created in the usual way (anchored to the header
paragraph), then it will be included (along with any header text) if your
selection includes a section break or the last paragraph in the document.
