Copying attributes from one Outlook profile to another

We use MS Windows 2000 OS. I had to create a new profile
for a particular employee. As Win 2000 is highly profile
specific, all of the Outlook rules, subfolders,
customization stayed with the old profile. Is there a
file that contains instructions for the rules, subfolders,
etc...that I can copy from the old profile to the new?
