Copying emails from personal folder to the Server mailbox

I'm using Outlook 2002. I'm trying to import emails and folders from my personal folder back up to the exchange server. This is the error I get after I have transfered about 80mb out of 170mb up to the server.

" Can't copy the items. Unable to move or copy folders. Can't copy folder. A top-level folder can't be copied to one of its subfolders. Or, you may not have appropriate permissions for the folder. To check your permissions for the folder, right-click the folder, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu. "

Please help.
