copying formulas to multiple sheets

I have a workbook with daily sheets. The formulas are the same and in
the same position.Is there a way to copy them to all the sheets at once,
or do I have to do it one by one?

select the first sheet. hold the shift button down and select the last sheet.
enter your data/formula into a cell and it will be on all of the sheets
which were selected
