Copying records from Access Database to Excel Spreadsheet

Good Morning,

I have a user who when she attempts to copy/paste from an Access Database to
an Excel Spreadsheet.
She highlights the records to copy and when she toggles to Excel, the Paste
option is not available. It is greyed out.
It is only in particular database that this happens. She can do it from
other databases, though.
