Corporate signature

Hi,

Is there a way to enforce a corporate signature template?
For example, I would like to have all mail messages to have the following
template:
[user_name] (specific for each user)
[Job title] (specific for each user)
Corporate name (constant for all users)

We are using Exchange 2003 and Office 2003 (and some XP and 2k)
