Corporate Templates

Hi I can't seem to edit the default global templates or the default users
information in word, excell or access. The files have old users who are no
longer employed but still get inserted in the fields on the corporate
template. Im sure its simple and Im having a bad day so any help would be
greatly appreciated Thanks D.,

Sorry ur having a bad day D. Try this ... Open the TOOLS
menu and select TEMPLATES AND AD-INS... This is where I
found a reference to Global Templates that you mentioned.
If there is one in there, you have the option of removing
it. Hope this helps and good luck.
