Wondering if someone can shed some light on this. My ME
o/s got screwed up, so I decided to use the opportunity
to upgrade to xp. Did that, and reinstalled Office 2000
afterwards. However, now my pop password will not work
through Outlook.
I have tried deleting the email account in Outlook and
recreating it. I also used Telnet and confirmed that the
username and password as entered work correctly.
However, when I try and go through Outlook and press
send/receive, it still prompts for the username and
password and will not connect. I have double (triple)
checked the entries and they are correct.
It's driving me crazy. Any help is appreciated.
