Corrupt Folder List - What Do I Do?

After a problem on my computer, I uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003
including the old outlook.pst file. I now seem to have a corrupted folder
list. It shows two "Personal Folders" in "All Mail Folders". Each points to
the same subfolders and, if I delete in one, it disappears from the other as
well.

Also, in Favorite Folders, I have an "Inbox in Personal Folders" and an
"Inbox" - both pointimg to the same mail. It is the same for the "Sent"
folder.

What do I do? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this list seems to
be stored somewhere wher it is not deleted on an uninstall.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks. That did it.

After following the support note, I then imported all the current emails
from the previous outlook.pst file and I am in business.

The better way to do this is simply to use the same PST in the new profile.
No need to import.
