corrupted powerpoint files

HELP! i have upgraded to office 2003 and cannot view my powerpoint or word
files from office 2000. any way to recover them?

Before doing anything else, download and install SP1 for Office 2003.

Have you applied all the service packs? These are critical and will
probably solve your issue.
