Is it possible to input payment terms (advance payment, progress and
warranty) for tasks? Or must I set subtasks for these payments?

Hi Eva,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Well, Project is not an accounting program, so I would make a milestone for
each occasion and assign it the payment value in the Fixed Cost field.

Project is not a cost accounting product. I advise not doing this in Project
at all, rather output the relevant tasks and dates to Excel then track
partial payments etc there or in your accounting system.
