Does Outlook 2001 cost anything?
I can down load it for free almost everywhere including Microsoft's
Mactopia.
Is there a cost for the app?

Hi Pete!

Outlook 2001 is a free client. It's free because it can only be used in
conjunction with Exchange servers and nothing else like POP or IMAP servers.

Outlook for Windows is bundled with Office for Windows, which is not free.
The reason you must pay for Outlook for Windows (as part of Office) is that
it can be used not only with Exchange servers, but also as a stand-alone
email client for POP and IMAP servers.
