Can someone suggest an easy way to modify my default (A) cost rate table and
copy it over into the (B) cost rate table?

I currently have all the cost data populated both for labor(w/effectively
dates) and material in the default cost rate table (A). I simply want to
apply a cost factor to labor (burden/overhead, example StandardRate*1.75) and
material (G&A, example StandardRate*1.85) and place those values in the (B)
rate table. I don't want to have to manually type all of those values into
(B).....too many resources.... Please help....

Is the only way to export the data from rate table A to excel, modify by
applying the factor, and then re-importing??? Seems to me there must be an
easier more reliable way...

Sorry, I don't think there is. You can write a VBA macro to do this for you,
but if you are not skilled, it would be quicker to re-type them into B!

Thank you Rod! I appreciate your quick response. I have a proposal due this
Monday, and was looking for a way to get this work done quicker... I will
take your advice and manually type it in... I have 30 resources with 2009 &
2010 rates and probably 25 material resources... I guess I better start
typing...

This sure seems to me something the program should make easier.... I guess
this however keeps VBA programmers/consultants employeed.

Thanks again!!!
