Could not activate "Out of Office Assistant..." -> Error

Hello,

some of my users could not activate the "Out of Office Assitant...". They
get the message "Your Autoreply message could not be displayed. The Client
operation failed". Second message is "Changes to the rule could not be
saved".
If you deactivate the Cached Exchange Mode it works. It works also in OWA.
We need Cached Exchange mode for offline working.

We use Outlook 2003 SP1 (MUI), Exchange 2003.

Any Ideas? Or is it a question for Exchange 2003 newsgroup?
