Please explain... (crystal ball batteries flat)

Version of Outlook, operating system, connection to email (Exchange
Server, POP, IMAP etc)?

What part can't you sign in to? - starting Outlook?, or
sending/recieving email?

Funny enough, the problem went away. I don't know what changed, but now I am
receiving mail in the inbox. If it happens again I'll try send/receive.
