Create a border of wrapping text?

Does anyone know how to create a border of text that would wrap around the page (horizontal on top, then 90 degrees on the right, upside down on the bottom, and another 90 degrees up the left side)

I have made text boxes and overlayed other objects to force it to wrap the text around the object, but none of the text wrapping choices will do what I want

Any help appreciated
