Yes, although you're going to have a h*ll of a time trimming all 110
(not 90, as Publisher leaves some room for error when trimming, although
this can be turned off) pages to size, and even moreso fitting them all
together!
I would advise going to an outside printing service for this project -
what you lose in money, you'll probably gain back in time not wasted.
You'll still not get it on one sheet (most likely), but you'll probably
get A0 sheets (or whatever you guys have in the States), meaning you'll
have closer to 16 sheets to assemble.
