Create a RichTextBoxPrintCtrl Control

I used that code in that article to a print RichTextBox,
and it work fine but the ToolBar Button did not work with
it. I mean when you click Open File it'll load a new blank
document but it did not show the OpenFileDialog. I am
using VB.NET. Can anyone help or know this article #
