Yes. To create a new calendar choose Tools>change working time.... then
click the new button.
To set the new calendar as the calendar for the Project, choose
Project>Project Information and select the new calendar.
There are also a couple of other places you'll want to check for accuracy:
Choose Format>Timescale. Click the non-working time tab and select the new
calendar from the Calendar drop-down. This will correct the display of the
non-working time in the Gantt chart.
Check your resource sheet - your will most likely want to make sure that all
your resource's base calendars are set to the new calendar.
If you have changed the number of hours per day in the new calendar, you
will also need to change the options in Tools> Options, calendar tab. For
