Trying to show number of weeks prior to go-live date and number weeks after
go-live.

Can you be more specific? Could you write a general formula to describe what
you want to calculate? Do you want one result at the project level or do you
want to show how each task's start, or finish, date relates to the go-live
date?

More info will help us help you.

Hi RD,

If your go life dates are in an other task, bad luck, formulae can only
address data in the same task or on project level.
It's not too difficult through a vBA macro.

Hope this helps,

If the project has only one go-live task, it can be done. No macro
necessary. Even with multiple go-live tasks, it might be possible, depending
on requirements.

Woops! Sorry, Jan and RD.

I forgot this is not the Project Server forum. My solution only works when
Enterprise custom fields are available.

Jan is right: It can be done with a macro.
