Create Distribution LIst from Email

Is there an easy way to create a distribution list directly from the
addressees listed in an email message? For examplge, rather than
choosing "Add to Contacts" I am looking for something like "Add to
Group".

for this specific situation, hit reply to all and select all of the names in
the to field and paste into the DL.
