create labels from Excel worksheet

I'm getting stuck using the mail merge directions for
creating labels at the third step, arranging the labels.
I only get one label per page. How do I get all the
names and addresses in my list onto one page of labels?
I have chosen "Select All" in the dialog box.

Is this Word 2002 or 2003? You should find a command to
"propogate labels" or, if you're using the Wizard, the
"Update labels" button.
