Create link in publisher to folder stored on same web site

I created my web page in Publisher and succesfully published it. I draged and
dropped a folder on my ftp site. I tried, without success, to place a
hyperlink from my web page to open the folder. Please advise if it is
possible to create the link and of so how it can be done. Thanks. Bob.
