Hi there, hoping someone can help me..
What I'm trying to do:
I've got a document that we want to post on our intranet that users can make
revisions on and send back to me. The end users are not the most computer
savvy people going, so I want to make it as simple as possible.
Basically my plan was to post it with "Track Changes" enabled, then throw a
button in at the bottom that says "Save" and a button that says "Email"
Obviously the "Save" button will save the document with the changes, and the
"Email" will be a "mailto:" function- but I'm having a hard time working out
the logistics of it.
Should I associate a macro to the "Save" button? How would I go about doing
that? I've managed the macro, but having trouble linking it to the button
part. Does anyone have a suggestion for a better way to do this?
Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions!
