Creating a MS Project plan without dates

Is it possible to create a Project Plan with placeholders for quarters/months?

I have a plan with the milestones and dependencies; but the start date is
not yet fixed. For purposes of dicsussion I have to generate a Gantt Chart.
Since dates can be misleading, I want to print it using Q1, Q2, Q3... for
Quarters and M1, M2, M3... for months. Any thoughts on how I can achieve this?

Double click on the timescale (the part above the gantt chart) Set it so
that it shows Q1, Q2 .. and months in the same way.
Do not show the columns where the start and finish dates are.
