Creating a password

I have Outlook Express.
When I click the Outlook Express icon, I don't have it
password protected.
I am not sure how to set-it up so when I click, it will
ask for a password.
How do I accomplish this?

Hey Ted, I think that you need to set up an identity for

your self if you want to protect your email with a
password. Open outlook express and go to file and choose
identitys and choose new identity and check the box at
the bottom that says requires a password.
