Creating a project object to insert in a Word document

I have completed my plan and now want to include it in a Word document. When
I try to "Copy picture" and create a .gif file I only get the task ID numbers
and the Gantt. I would like to include the task names as well. Can I do this?
I have tried copying both the entire screen and the selected rows and neither
work. Any suggestions?

Display on the sreen the Task Name column in its full width

Hi,

Copy picture will copy the rows that are TOTALLY VISIBLE with a minimum of
2.
Move the split bar such that the name column is totally visible.

Yikes! I had most of the column displayed (I could read all the text) but not
quite all of it. How finicky, but now it works. Thanks
