Hi Folks,
Let me introduce myself, I usually "hang out" on the
PowerPoint NewsGroup and have an interest in accessibility
of files created with Microsoft Office. I recently posted
a tutorial for creating Accessible Presentations (American
Disabilities Act Section 508). I am now in the process of
developing a similar tutorial for Word and wonder if you
folks have any info to contribute. I already know about
the following:
Using Styles
Add Alt-Text
How to Create Accessible Forms
If you all have any other tips or tidbits to share, I'd
greatly appreciate it!
You can see the Accessible PowerPoint Tutorial at:
http://www.powerpointmagician.com/access/accessppthome.html
BTW, it was created in Word.
Thanks again,
Glenna Shaw
