Creating an Outlook 2000 macro

I want to create a macro in Outlook 2000 that will export
the entire contents of our "Staff" calendar into a
seperate .pst file. Can someone exlain to me how to do
this. I don't know any Visual Basic at all. Thanks in
advance.
