Creating, and Saving, an Outlook Message

Hi

I'd like to write an app that will initiate a new Outlook emai, allow the
user to construct their mail, and then, when they click send, save that
message to a .msg file. Basically I want to save the msg file with my
application (in the database) but still give the users the full
functionality of outlook for composing mesasges.

Is this possible with VB?, am I going in the right direction?
