Outlook 365 use on my desktop and sometimes my iPhone

I use Outlook 365 POP on my windows 10 computer as my main email source. Is it possible to view this in an Outlook 365 App on my iPhone without disrupting the desktop app? I loaded the ios app once and when I got a message, it came to my phone but not my desktop app.
