creating autotext list

Hello,

I am work on a report where i use a lot of medications names. I use Word
2000. I was wondering how to create an autotext list containing these
medication names so that i can enter them without having to type out the full
name?

any help would be appreciated.

If you really do want an AutoTextList field (and it does sound like
that will work for you), see
