creating folder in outlook

Hi,

I need to create a sub folder under Inbox in Microsoft Outlook, i am
succesfful in creating the folder using a GUI application, but when i try
the same code thru a system service, it fails and returns a message "Folder
already exists" Can anyone plzzzzz help me???? I am using VC++ 6

The message means what it says: The name needs to be unique to that Folders collection. Check for the existence of a folder with that name before trying to create a new one.
